About Mr. Rick Chaidez, Esq

Mr. Chaidez was admitted and licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of California on November 29th, 1979. Mr. Chaidez was duly admitted and qualified to practice law before the United States District Court on or about December 17th, 1979.

Mr. Chaidez has been practicing law in Ventura County for nearly 30 years. In the early years, Mr. Chaidez served as corporate counsel for Engineering Technology Inc. and he also worked as defense counsel for Hartford Accident and Indemnity.

For the past 20 years, Mr Chaidez has had his own private practice specializing in the consumer practice areas of bankruptcy, worker’s comp, and personal injury. He is a long standing member with National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and one of the original memebers of CDCDBA.

Mr. Chaidez is a native Californian and he lives with his family in the city of Ventura. He recently became a grandfather for the first time and when not working, he enjoys music, riding his motorcycle, playing golf or tennis, and the occasional Texas hold-em tournament.
